Welcome to our Webquest on the California High School Exit Exam!

Teachers

The purpose of this Webquest is to familiarize teachers with the information and background on the CAHSEE, California High School Exit Exam.  The CAHSEE requirement is for students graduating 2003-2004 and thereafter. High school students must pass the exam in order to graduate from high school, in addition to fulfilling normal high school graduation requirements.  Teachers need to be aware of the material on the CAHSEE, to teach students effectively.

Teacher guides are available with sample test questions and guidelines for assessing the standards. www.cde.ca.gov/statetests/cahsee
