Job Title: Accounting Clerk

 

Pay Range:  $23,000 - $28,000

 

Reporting To:   Branch Bank Manager

 

Number of People Supervised: None

 

Job Summary:  Maintain a record of all the assets, liabilities, expenses, revenue and income of the business.  Provide monthly income and expense summaries.  Track all financial records of the company.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1.  Record assets, liabilities, expenses, revenue and income 

 

2.  Prepare monthly income and expense reports

 

3.  Track sales and purchases

 

4.  Maintain neat, organized and accurate records of all company financial matters

 

5.  Report any discrepancies to the Branch Bank Manager

 

6.  Provide other bookkeeping and reporting services as assigned

 

7.

Special Requirements:
