Job Summary: Responsible for researching and obtaining all resale lines for the business. Ensure that product lines are marketable to the target audience and purchased at prices that make resale prices profitable and affordable by the customers. Maintain good working relationships with all suppliers. Stay informed of potential suppliers and resale products. |
|
Duties and Responsibilities:
|
1. Research product lines and suppliers |
|
2. Arrange contracts, in consultation with Branch Bank Manager, with suppliers |
|
3. Conduct research on market trends and customer profiles to stay current with sales opportunities |
|
4. Ensure that all resale items support the company image and goals |
|
5. Provide purchasing information to the Purchasing Department |
|
6. Maintain good working relationships with all suppliers |
|
7. Stay current on potential suppliers and stock items |
|
8. Maintain excellent communication lines with other departments and suppliers |
|
9. Develop and collate customer satisfaction surveys |
|
