Job Title: Director of Facilities |
Pay Range: $75,000-$105,000 +benefits |

Reporting To: CAO and Board of Directors |
Number of People Supervised: 5-10 |
|
Job Summary: To oversee all Facilities and make
sure employees are doing the right job at the right time. To make
sure that all material and resources are bought at the correct time and
amount for the correct job.
|
Duties and Responsibilities:
|
1. Make sure everything is legal
& has permits |
|
2. Modernize buildings |
|
3. Make sure buildings being
made have state certified architect and proper approval |
|
4. Interact with State Dept.
public construction |
|
5. Supervise all workers |
|
6. Be sure that all supplies
are purchased correctly |
|
7. In charge of new
construction |
|
8. Make sure you have enough
space for new project and for current space |
|
9. Responsible for making sure
that all building are current with O.S.H.A |
|
10. Make sure that all wells, test
sewers, electric, and paints are running and in shape. |
|
11. Supervise the daily activities of the Facilities department |
|
12. Maintain lines of communications throughout the department |
|
13. Serve as a vice-president for the Board of Directors |
