Job Title: Personnel Procedures & Regulations Clerk

 

Pay Range:  $40,000 - $55,000

 

Reporting To:   Director of Personnel

 

Number of People Supervised: None

 

Job Summary:  Research and maintain files on the procedures and regulations pertaining to personnel.  See to it that those procedures are followed and that the regulations are met.  

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1.  Research personnel procedures and policies at the local, state and federal levels.

 

2.  Maintain a file of policies, procedures and regulations.

 

3.  Work with the Director of Personnel to develop a set of Personnel Policies for the Employee Manual and Business Manual.

 

4.  Stay in contact with the rest of the Personnel staff to update them on any pertinent changes in procedures and regulations.

 

5.  Maintain a file of internal and employee actions and reviews pertaining to policies, procedures and regulations.

 

6.  Prepare regular reports.

 

7.
