Job Summary: Research and maintain files on the
procedures and regulations pertaining to personnel. See to it that
those procedures are followed and that the regulations are
met. |
Duties and Responsibilities:
|
1. Research personnel procedures and policies
at the local, state and federal levels. |
|
2. Maintain a file of policies, procedures and
regulations. |
|
3. Work with the Director of Personnel to develop a
set of Personnel Policies for the Employee Manual and Business Manual. |
|
4. Stay in contact with the rest of the Personnel
staff to update them on any pertinent changes in procedures and
regulations. |
|
5. Maintain a file of internal and employee actions
and reviews pertaining to policies, procedures and regulations. |
|
6. Prepare regular reports. |
