Job Title: Executive Secretary

 

Pay Range:

 

Reporting To:   CEO and Board of Directors

 

Number of People Supervised: None

 

Job Summary:  Take minutes at all Board and Executive Board meetings.  Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (hard copy and digital) for the business and the Board of Directors.  Maintain official company records.  All secretarial duties as assigned.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

1.  Maintain all primary company records

 

2.  Take minutes at Board and Executive Board meetings

 

3.  Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (hard copy and digital) for the business and the Board of Directors

 

4.  All secretarial duties as assigned

 

5.  Serve as an officer of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board

 

6.
