Gail Desler teaches 5th and 6th grade at Barbara Comstock Morse Elementary School in Elk Grove, California. Before coming to Morse, she taught history and language arts at a middle school near her home in the Sierra foothills. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and is currently completing a master’s degree in educational technology from California State University at Sacramento.
Cathie Conforti teaches 6th grade social studies and language arts at Camerado Springs Middle School in Cameron Park, California. She lives in a Sierra foothill community, Camino. She has an undergraduate degree from California State University, Sacramento, and is also in the iMET masters program in educational technology at CSUS.
