Introduction:

This page will introduce you to the research, ideas, and techniques that will show you how to motivate teachers to become more proficient with technology in education which in turn will help you to become a better technology leader. There are resources to research on leadership, information on the use of technology in the classroom, and ideas about how collaboration can be used to create learning opportunities for technology and leadership. It will also give you some staff development techniques that will encourage teachers to become technology leaders and users in the classroom. We hope this information will help you realize the importance of being a technology leader and realize that it is not only important to be a leader who implements technology but one who acts as an agent of change and reform.
