This semester long unit was developed in response to teacher desires to integrate the basic academic disciplines into a high school social studies unit. The primary development was done in 1998 by Fernando Nugent and Richard Klug at Geyserville High School Geyserville, California. Subsequent redevelopment and updating was partially completed in December 2000 by Deborah Bertolucci, Fernando Nugent and Richard Klug as part of a Master's project at Sacramento and Sonoma State Universities. Only one of the ten units is presently available online (Kepler and planetary motion) with the rest of the units available June 2000.
