It should be noted that the university documents and deadline dates do change and it is up to the student to check the web for changes in documents or dates well before the times and dates listed below arrive.

II. Technology Fee Catalog Language
The catalog language regarding technology fees now states that:
"Effective Fall 2006 there is a Distance Learning Technology Fee of $40 per unit to be paid by the end of the third week of instruction of each term of enrollment in the Educational Technology program. Failure to pay this fee will result in students being dropped from their classes for the term.

V. Implementing iMet Research Projects
The following documents must be completed and approved before any research can commence.
Please Note: These documents (A and B below) need to be submitted 4-6 weeks prior the date you plan to start research.
A. Human Subjects Review Process
a) Use the Department of Teacher Education Human Subjects Review web site to determine your level of Risk.
b) Complete the proposal and send it to John C.
c) Once John C has approved your proposal, you email a PDF copy to ammaly (ammaly@skymail.csus.edu). She will gather signatures and mail you the signed copy.
B. The iMet Research Proposal (Word Copy/PDF Copy)
1. Attain the iMet research proposal form
2. Complete the Proposal and save as a word document
3. Email the proposal to John C.
4. Use the following subject line - iMet Research Proposal
Once John C has approved your research and you have received the signed approval of your research project, you may implement your research.
