Here are some suggested roles for group members; they are taken from my Who is Sigmund Freud web. I had some fun creating these and I hope Sigi would approve of the poetic license I took with his terminology. Feel free to create your own roles but realize groups function a lot better if people have jobs.
Superego: the one who assures that the question you research and the product you create is the best it can be; you may think of this person as the "webmaster" if you wish.
Ego: the mediator or facilitator of the group who keeps things going
Id: makes sure basic needs are met such as need for individual members
to be complimented for work and included in the process
Dream Worker: makes sure images are found and saved in a folder within
the main web folder.
Consciousness: keeps track of the references for the webpage;
for example, may copy and paste URLs for other sites of interest into a word
document so they are not lost and can be used for the project
