| Abstract | Abstract This electronic portfolio presents my growth and accomplishments in the Internet-based Master of Arts in Education: Educational Technology program at California State University, Sacramento. The major parts of the portfolio are in the heading of each page: Introduction, Abstract, Process, Product, and Showcase, as well as the Contact section. The name of the section and links to subdivisions, if there are any, appear in the left hand navigation column. Here's a synopsis of what you will find in each section: I introduce myself and the pictures in the heading on my introduction page. Abstract This is where you are now, being introduced to the main headings in the portfolio, as well as its navigation. The Process section gives you a glimpse of my life journey as it relates to technology and teaching, presents my resume, shares my attitude and approach toward professional growth, online resources I have developed through my experiences at IMET and elsewhere, and my self-profile. In the product section, I discuss four examples of work I produced in cooperation with other IMET cohort members. Included are reviews by other cohort members and Mike Menchaca, a professor in the program until the summer of 2005. An action research project that did with adult ESL students at Folsom Cordova Adult School is presented in this section. I studied the effect of using teacher-created computer exercises to develop vocabulary . E-mail, chat ID's, and blogs are given in the Content section for those who'd like to reach me and discuss any part of my work.
