This site was created as part of EDTE 282 and EDTE 283, courses in the Internet Master's in Educational Technology at California State University, Sacramento. The key elements of the site are:

  • streaming video tutorials in multiple formats showing how to accomplish basic and advanced tasks, particularly including multimedia, in PowerPoint
  • documents used for our "face-to-face" presentation, including our staff development plan and the "Death by PowerPoint" script for introducing the first session
  • web links to helpful PowerPoint resource sites, including tutorials, tips, design suggestions, classroom examples, and tools for teachers, like PowerPoint "Jeopardy" templates.

If you like, you may read more about the description and support of our staff development plan.
