You will be assigned to a team of 4 students (Scientists) to test a packet of seeds to see if they will grow into plants that can survive on Earth.  Each Scientist in a team needs to choose a task to do.
The tasks are:
1. Seed planter
2. Plant Growth recorder
3.Green Machine designer
4. Captain
 

  STEP 1
       Your team will need to know about the Scientific Method1 and/or Scientific Method 2 to learn how to hypothesize, test data, record and analyze, and draw a conclusion.
 

   STEP 2
     Next, travel to these sites to find information that each of you will need to complete your task. 
 

     STEP 3 
     After exploring the websites, your team needs to write a statement that States the Problem concerning the seeds  grown on Plantasy's unusual conditions. Using your website's information is Researching the Problem.  Then form a Hypothesis that you can test your theory about the  seeds likelihood of survival on Earth. Test the Hypothesis by growing your seeds, recording their growth(on paper and pictures), analyzing what happens and why? Make sure you have a control group, in which you use 1/2 of the seeds grown under normal Earth conditions, so you can compare the results.  Draw Conclusion from your data in written form, and then the Captain organizes the information and presents it to the Department of Science in a powerpoint presentation.
