Where will you settle in North America? What are the advantages of settling there?

Are you going to settle in the New England colonies, Middle colonies, or Southern colonies? Why did your group select this area?

Your proposal begins with information about where you plan to settle in the New World. The east coast of North America has been divided into three major sections: New England, Middle, and Southern colonies. There are already colonies established in each of these areas and your group will be able to learn about the land and resources from these earlier colonists.

Research the different areas using the links below. As a group, make a decision about where you want your colony to settle once they reach the New World. Create at least two PowerPoint slides that describe the important information you discovered. Demostrate to the Company that you have planned well and are knowledge about the area you will be settling in.
