The idea behind the design of the new iMet logo is the process or transformation one experiences while going through the program. As we naturally read left to right, the circles (here abstract representations of /individuals/people) are similar, while growing, but most importantly they visually form a “group” because of their proximity to one another. While acting as a group, they are fully supported by “imet”, a solid foundation. As time progresses (from left to right) the individual is lifted, empowered and transformed as she/he leaves and moves onto becoming a leader and more opportunities.
