1. A Baccalaureate degree;
2. A 3.0 grade point average in last 60 units attempted;
3. A valid teaching credential or advisor AND Department approval for waiving this requirement.
All applicants to the Graduate Program, including CSU, Sacramento graduates, must file:
I. A University application for admission.
II. Teacher Education Department Documents
a. A set of unofficial transcripts submitted to the department of teacher education.
b. A copy of a valid teaching credential or discuss a waiver with the program director.
c. A completed Statement of Purpose [Note: The statement is weighed heavily.]
d. A signed retreat attendance agreement.

Additionally, applicants must be proficient in using the Internet for e-mail, downloads, and web searches.
Because 75% of the program will be delivered on-line, access to a computer with Internet capability is essential. Students are responsible for providing their own access to the on-line portions of the course and for meeting the face-to-face requirements of the course instructors.
